What difficulties did i encounter and how did i overcome them?

• Whilst creating my animation i had to decide what sort of things i would have liked to have displayed within the short movie. Overcoming this was not as hard as i thought. This is because all i had to do was think up of a famous character/person that could have been used to promote my house Ryan. I decided to use the pink panther because not only did he support the colour pink, but there are also various images of him playing sports, which was the sort of thing i would have liked to have included in the animation.
• Coming up with text that could have been displayed in the animation was difficult. I did not want to have text that was too long and complicated. As a result i altered a few simple cheers to suit the type of words i wanted. "Ryan can and will win everything", i thought was a simple cheer that suited the need of promoting my house group.
• After placing all my frames onto the software known as Windows Live Movie Maker, i had discovered that some frames needed to be played longer than others. This was another difficulty i encountered. Too overcome this problem i changed the duration of various frames.
